Referees Announced For Weekend Fixtures – See Who’ll Be Officiating Your Team

Supporters are now more interested than every to see who will be officiating games, so here’s a run-through of who’ll be refereeing next weeks league fixtures.

We’re only four games into the new Premier League season and already we’ve seen a whole host of refereeing decisions called into question by managers, media and fans alike.

Just this weekend we saw Ian Holloway fuming at the decision to send Crystal Palace midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi off for an apparent foul on Ashley Young. The Manchester United winger was also at the center of yet another diving controversy after being booked for a blatant attempt to con the referee into awarding a penalty.

We also saw Sunderland boss Paolo Di Canio sent to the stands for remonstrating with referee Martin Atkinson after he ruled out Jose Altidore’s equaliser against Arsenal after blowing up for an earlier foul by Bacary Sagna. He compounded the home sides frustration by only showing the Gunners defender a yellow card.

These are just a selection of incidents that we fans argue about in the pubs after matches and supporters are now more interested than every to see who will be officiating games involving their team.

So here is a run-through of who’ll be overseeing proceedings for next weeks Premier League fixtures. I’m sure Manchester City fans will have something to say about who’s in charge of the Manchester Derby on Sunday!
