By on September 18, 2013

Arsenal kick off the group stages of the Champions League tonight as they take on Marseille at the Stade Velodrome.

The Gunners are in a tough group that also includes last years finalists Borussia Dortmund as well and Italian giants Napoli so they will be hoping to get off to a positive start tonight in France.

Boss Arsene Wenger has recalled Per Mertesacker for the game with Bacary Sagna moving to right-back. Carl Jenkinson drops to the bench.

Other than that it’s the same team that started for Saturday’s 3-1 win away at Sunderland which means Jack Wilshere continues on the left side of midfield, while Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud have been passed fit to start.

Here are the confirmed line-ups for the game:

Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Flamini, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ozil, Walcott, Giroud.
