By on September 22, 2013

Cardiff City welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs currently sit fourth in the Premier League table but could move top with a win if other results go their way today.

Andre Villas-Boas is without left-back Danny Rose after he limped out of Thursday win over Tromso with an ankle injury. Kyle Naughton comes in. Mousa Dembele is passed fit and he starts in midfield alongside Paulinho, Christian Eriksen, Andros Townsend and Gylfi Sigurdsson. Roberto Soldado is recalled with Jermain Defoe dropping out despite scoring a brace in midweek.

Here are the confirmed line-ups for the game:

Cardiff

Marshall, Taylor, Caulker, Turner, Whittingham, Medel, Campbell, Kim, Gunnarsson, Theophile-Catherine, Bellamy.

Subs

Tottenham

Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Naughton; Dembele, Paulinho; Townsend, Eriksen, Sigurdsson; Soldado

Subs: Friedel, Chiriches, Fryers, Holtby, Lamela, Sandro, Kane.

Now we’ve seen the teams, what’s your predicted score for the game?

Ade in the reserves, Defoe not even on the bench!! What is he playing at? This free transfer better come off, wer literally pissing off all our strikers. If soldado gets injured or, heaven forbid has an attitude that upsets AVB we will be playing with no strikers at all!! Slightly concerned tbh
