[Video Goals] Crystal Palace 0-2 Arsenal: 10-Man Gunners Go 5 Clear

Arsenal beat Crystal Palace 2-0 at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon thanks to goals from Mikel Arteta and Olivier Giroud.

After a goalless first half, the Gunners went ahead from the spot after Serge Gnabry was fouled in the area, Mikel Arteta the man to convert. The midfielder then saw red for bringing down Chamakh, although the decision seemed harsh considering the striker was still over 40 yards from goal.

Palace pushed for an equaliser but Arsenal eventually got the second on the break when Aaron Ramsey set up Olivier Giroud to head home to seal the three points and move the north Londoners five points clear at the top of the league. Watch the goals here:
