Chelsea beat Schalke 3-0 for the second time in two weeks to take control of their Champions League group.
Samuel Eto’o opened the scoring in fortunate circumstances when goalkeeper Hildebrand’s attempted clearance rebounded off the Cameroonian hitman and into the net. Eto’o then made it 2-0 shortly after the break before sub Demba Ba volleyed home a third in the final minutes.
The win moves Chelsea three points clear at the top of their group and they can seal qualification with a win next time out. Watch all the goals here:
