Ashley Cole Parties With Arsenal Squad At Gunners Xmas Bash

Ashley Cole has risked the wrath of boss Jose Mourinho after joining rival team-mates from Arsenal at the Gunners Christmas party in London on Wednesday night, according to the Daily Mail.

The newspaper claims that Mourinho cancelled the Chelsea squad’s planned festive bash after the club crashed out of the Capital One Cup to Sunderland – who are bottom of the Premier League – on Tuesday night.

However, Cole, who controversially left Arsenal to join Chelsea in 2006 following a bitter contract row, decided to hit the town anyway along with Andre Schurrle and Ryan Bertrand.

The Mail state that the trio attended trendy London club ‘Libertine’ along with the Gunners squad were out celebrating their Xmas bash and were dressed in fancy dress.

It remains to be seen how Mourinho will react to the news that Cole, Schurrle and Bertrand went out despite the fact he cancelled the players official party, but Cole is already on the periphery of Mourinho’s first team plans having lost his place to Cesar Azpilicueta, so the worst that could happen is he’s hit with a fine.

It’s an interesting side-plot considering Arsenal meet Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night in what’s sure to be a crucial game in this seasons title race.

I didn’t see anything wrong with partying with your rival clubs. Is football a killing or violent game. Why would club managers refusing their players to merry with other club. If that is the case, the coaches, players should stop shaking hands during football matches and even stop buying players from each other because from all the indications, the rivalry is beyond control and no one should take anything from each other.

I find this topic absolutely childish and ridiculous. Find something else to talk instead of intruding other people lives…you think what footballer is not humans? Beside earning millions of pound they are just like us, a commoner but just that we choose to called them STAR!!! Probably the next article will be something like “STAR caught using rivals toilet???? Sounds more interesting dont you think so…

Well, then Schurle must be weared the scarie movie mask. Bertrand and Cole dressed up like two yellow sausages at the back. If Mou really ban those three stooges, I don’t care.
