[Video Goals] Southampton 2-3 Tottenham: Adebayor Hits Brace For Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur put a difficult week behind them with a hard fought 3-2 win over Southampton at St Mary’s on Sunday afternoon.

Adam Lallana put the hosts ahead with a fine strike from the edge of the box before Emmanuel Adebayor volleyed home the equaliser midway through the first half. Jos Hooiveld then put through his own net to give Spurs the lead before Rickie Lambert made it 2-2 just minutes later.

A thrilling second half then saw Adebayor grab his second of the game and what turned out to be the winner to seal the three points for Tim Sherwood’s side. Watch all the goals here:
