Arsenal have been handed a triple boost with Tomas Rosicky, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Kieran Gibbs all taking part in training on Friday afternoon ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup semi final.

The Gunners face current holders Wigan Athletic at Wembley tomorrow and there were fears we could be without as much as 11 players after boss Arsene Wenger revealed at his press conference on Thursday that Rosicky, Gibbs and Oxlade-Chamberlain were all considered major doubts.

However, the club has published several pictures from training this morning on Arsenal.com which confirm that all three players were involved with the rest of the squad as they were put through their paces ahead of tomorrow’s huge clash.

Of course this doesn’t mean the trio are certain to be involved at Wembley and they are still likely to face late fitness tests, but Arsene Wenger and his staff wouldn’t have allowed them to train if they weren’t close to being fit enough to be in contention for the Wigan game.

Hopeful they will all come through and be passed fit as are already without a number of players for the game. Laurent Koscielny could be back for the West Ham match on Tuesday while Mesut Ozil is inline to follow next weekend, but they remain out along with Jack Wilshere, Abou Diaby, Theo Walcott, Ryo Miyaichi and Serge Gnabry, while Mathieu Flamini is suspended.
