[Video Goals] AFC Wimledon 2-3 Chelsea: Terry Double Seals Comeback Win

By on July 19, 2014

Chelsea were forced to come from behind to secure a 3-2 win over AFC Wimbledon on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues second pre-season fixture got off to a disastrous start when Alan Bennett put the hosts ahead after just 38 seconds before Matt Tubbs made it 2-0 from the penalty spot to give Wimbledon a two-goal lead at the break.

However, John Terry started the comeback when he poked home from close range following a corner before Mohamed Salah fired home the equaliser at the second time of asking.

Captain Terry then powered home a header in the final minute to ensure Chelsea maintain their 100% win record in pres-season following their 5-0 mid-week win over Wycombe.
