Just as many fans started to think that Arsene Wengers transfer policy was changing. News is starting to circulate that the Gunners are looking at three of Europes top youngsters.

Having already tied up a deal for Germanys most exciting u16 Serge Gnabry from VFB Stuttgart the Arsenal boss is also looking at Mateo Kovacic, Enei Jelenic and Sergi Samper.

kovacic

Kovacic (above) has been tagged as the most complete midfielder of his age in Europe by Dinamo Zagreb manager Halihodzic.A wonderfully gifted two footed player who has been tagged as the Croatian Messi a tag that he doesnt like as his hero is Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas.Dinamo area very difficult club to deal with so this story could run into the summer.

samper

Enei Jelenic is a Slovenian striker who plays his football at FC Luka Koper in his homeland. He is 17 yrs old and is said to model his game on Fernando Torres. His club do not want to sell in January but a bid of around £500,000 would be enough to change FC Kopers minds.

Sergi Samper (left) is said to be Barcelonas new “Fabregas”! Wenger would be desperate to get the highly rated youngster as not only is he an excellant prospect but it would also mean payback for the summers Cesc Fabregas fiasco. The Arsenal boss is hoping to tempt the youngster by offering him a quick route to first team football. Will this be enough? Only time will tell.

Arsenal still want the worlds best youngsters…………….
