Preview & Predicted Team: Arsenal vs Fulham

Its Fulham at home this week, and the boss is confident that we can temporarily go ahead of the league-leaders.

INJURY-UPDATES:

Concerning injuries, there is no one new available. RVP shall play subject to a late decision by AW. Here is what Le Boss said:

Nasri has got a knock from Tuesday night. It is a knee problem but he should be alright. Apart from that, we do not have any fresh players injured.

There are no other ins or out. Diaby and Vermaelen are not available. Fabregas (hamstring) is still injured so it will be a similar squad to the Aston Villa game.

I will see how Robin recovers [before deciding whether to start him]. I rotate a bit from game to game at the moment. So I’ll see. But we have quite a strong squad available.

Fulham have not beaten Arsenal away since 1950, and hopefully 60 years down the line I prefer they keep up the tradition !

Given he didn’t play midweek, I’d expect Rosicky to start.

Also, I think Djourou would be a better fit with Squillaci, and deserves a go after his performance against Wigan.

For similar reasons I’d like to see Vela on the bench.

Of course, if RVP is fit then everything could change.

For once it’s nice to have depth. Only wish is that TV5 would return.

I reckon he’ll rest Nasri, cos of the knock, and play Rosicky.

I too think Djourou deserves to start ahead of Koscielny.

    RVP to start as well.

Wenger is looking to play both Chamakh and RVP. Chamakh will play up front with RVP behind him. In the mid-week the dutchman had some mesmerizing touch, but vela failed to finish. Lets see what RVP has in store for the weekend.
