Chadli Starts In 4-2-3-1: Predicted Tottenham Starting XI To Face Chelsea

Tottenham will hope to still be in the title race when they take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening.  Here is the side we think Mauricio Pochettino will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris is certain to keep his place in goal with Michel Vorm once again among the substitutes.

Defence: Jan Vertonghen has slotted seamlessly back in to the defence after recovering from injury and the Belgian international should once again line-up alongside Toby Alderweireld with Kevin Wimmer on the bench.

Pochettino is expected to stick with his first-choice full-backs meaning Danny Rose and Kyle Walker should retain their places.

Midfield: Eric Dier faces a late fitness test after being forced off with concussion following a clash of heads during the 1-1 draw with West Brom last Monday but the youngster is expected to be passed fit to start alongside Mousa Dembele in midfield.

Attack: Dele Alli will begin his three-match ban after being found guilty of improper conduct following an off-the-ball punch on Claudio Yacob last week so Pochettino is going to have to make at least one change.

Nacer Chadli could get the nod which would see Christian Eriksen move in to the middle while Erik Lamela should complete the attack which will once again support Harry Kane up front.

Here is how I think we’ll see Spurs line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
