Football kits now change every season with many top Premier League clubs releasing up to three new strips every year – much to the frustration of their loyal fans. We’ve seen some iconic kits over the years but how many could you correctly pair with the year they were worn? Below is an interactive quiz that gives you the chance to find out.

The quiz includes the infamous shirt worn by Newcastle United when Kevin Keegan’s side blew a 12-point lead to gift the title to Manchester United while we also see the Tottenham kit worn by Jurgen Klinsmann in the mid-90’s. The iconic ‘Candy’ Liverpool strip also makes an appearance along with the United kit worn by David Beckham when he scored his wonder goal from the half-way line versus Wimbledon while Arsenal’s ‘redcurrant’ kit that was donned during their final season at Highbury is also on the list.
