Well, it doesn’t take a genius to work out that Roy Hodgson’s time at Liverpool was a failure, but he left a parting gift, as he took 2 points from Tottenham yesterday
This leaves Liverpool a chance to capture the elusive Europa League place should they finish 5th in the table. As of now, Liverpool are 3 points behind Tottenham with a superior goal difference, although Tottenham have a game in hand.
But Liverpool still have a game against Tottenham, which leaves the chase for 5th spot wide open after Tottenham’s draw with Roy Hodgson’s current club, West Brom. Liverpool FC made light work of Birmingham City yesterday as they brushed the Brums aside 5-0 with a hat trick by winger Maxi Rodriguez.
Kenny Dalglish has done a terrific job in steering the ship at Anfield after their disastrous start to life under Roy Hodgson.

Liverpool have a very good chance of finishing 5th but they need to win all remaining fixtures and also Spurs fixtures are very tough as they have yet to play Chelsea, Man City, Liverpool. So realistically Liverpool have a good chance of snatching 5th spot from Spurs and even 4th spot is possible but it is little far fetched because City don’t have very tough fixtures except for one or two but considering their current form, it is a possibility they might choke at the end like they did last season. I would be really delighted if Liverpool finish 4th this season and it won’t be nothing short of a miracle but at Anfield miracles do happen and i am hoping for it to happen.

i totally agree mate lfc have very good chance of finishing 5th bcos tottenham will surely lose against chelsea and liverpool and also we have superior goal difference but i m thinking lfc could even snatch 4th if mancity collapse late this season and by looking this s4eason its a real possibility i would be out of world if we finish 4th this season but looking bit difficult bcoz mancity have got easy fixtures so lets see but really hoping for a miracle god pls do it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,love lfc
