REPORTS: Wenger Ready To Sell Nasri To Inter Milan

By on July 6, 2011

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is resigned to losing Samir Nasri but wants the attacking midfielder sold abroad.

The playmaker is being chased by Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City but the pragmatic Frenchman wants his star midfielder sold to Inter Milan.

Inter are the latest club to be linked with 24-year old who has refused Arsenal’s latest attempt to sign an extension at the Emirates. The Mirror reports that Wenger is adamant that the player be sold to a foreign club rather than a Premiership rival, paving the way for a Serie A switch.

However, the Gunners maintain hope that they can persuade the French international to stay on at Arsenal with Nasri going into the last year of his current contract.
