Samir Nasri Seen In Manchester – There To Seal The Deal?

Has Sami Nasri taken a step closer to Manchester City?…

It’s been a few weeks now since Sami Nasri said he wanted to leave Arsenal but since then Arsenal or rather Arsene Wenger has insisted he and Fabregas are not going anywhere, probably untrue everyone thought, especially as Barcelona kept knocking on the door with a number of bids for Arsenal’s captain.

But with Sami Nasri it seemed to die down, there were rumours here and there, Sami Nasri apparently claiming he wants to move to Man United, nothing has been confirmed by him actually saying this and Ferguson ruled out a move for him weeks ago. It was then apparently confirmed that Wenger had said that they would rather Nasri left on a Bosman the year after.

That doesn’t really make sense to me, he is a professional footballer and if he remains at Arsenal he should do a professional job BUT we know that not all players if they stay at their club will put 100% effort in if they have their heart set on leaving, especially if there have been arguments or fallings out with the manager or anyone on the board. In my opinion if you have a player that doesn’t want to play for your club, let them go no matter who the player is, your club are more important than a single player which is why even though Tevez is extremely talented he should go as it’s what he wants, we should get money for him say thanks for everything and then leave it at that and I believe Arsenal should do the same with Sami Nasri instead of letting him go a year later for nothing, there seems to be no logic in that, he is a valuable player but if Arsenal do keep him, he refuses to sign a new contract and then they achieve nothing next year then it’s a complete waste of time where now they can sell him get a bit of money and try to replace him with players that want to be there although Jack Wilshire and Aaron Ramsey look to be good players.

I’m not just saying that about Nasri because he has been heavily linked with us!

There have been a number of rumours that we have struck a deal over the whole summer from papers which have been complete rubbish, HOWEVER I have been informed from a friend who was in Manchester shopping centre yesterday that he saw Samir Nasri with his bodyguards etc, my friend did ask for a photo which would have been great proof but his guards said he was busy and in a rush….a rush to shop? Anyway, why is Nasri in Manchester then? A possible sign?
