Chelsea Close On 3rd Signing As £9m Winger Claims Talks Progressing Well

By on August 18, 2011

Chelsea are closing in on their third summer signing Kevin de Bruyne after the winger claims talks are progressing well.

The Belgian winger is still in talks over a potential £9million move to Stamford Bridge this summer and is expected to join before the end of the transfer window.

The Racing Genk midfielder is expected to join Oriol Romeu and Thibaut Courtois who have already made the switch to West London this summer, with Romelu Lukaku also set for a move to the Blues with the club putting the finishing touches to his £18million move.

The 20-year old said

“Discussions [with Chelsea] have been good. Maybe by the end of the month a deal can be sorted out, because that would be a good thing for all parties.”

    giving drogba to tottenham is the best ever deal at this moment but its more sure that we may lose against tottenham in the leauge but bringing modrich will be just world class

    if torres fails this season too, and lukaku proves talented but too young, without drogba chelsea won’t be in the top 4 anymore; drogba can do 3-4 more years easily, see roger milla of cameroon i think they are similar types (any time i would take eto’o over drogba, but drogba is/CAN BE very good too);
    anelka is going too ..; i would not rely solely on torres-lukaku-sturridge none of these is proven;

    This is a big joke, and i’m sure we will be making a great mistake to let is happen. Why not give them Anelka or Kalou? Yes we need him (Modric) urgently but not at Drogba’s expense.

    I think kalou, Anelka shoukd be added not deadly drogba. And let modric in to save midfield from collapsing.

    selling drogba does not make any sense 2 me,we need luka modric but it still doesnt explain selling drogba.we need 2 let go of malouda,anelka & kalou & Land players like hazard,modric,kaka & neymar

    you are actually one of the few that have shown a respectable level of analysis,some chaps cant simply understand the fact that we sill need the drog.

    selling Drogba to any small club like Tottenham would be an insult to what he did, we dont wnt Maodric then be happy with an unhappy player..We should look else where Maro Gotze should be Fantastic
