Arsenal Transfer News: Moyes Gives Gunners Hope Over Jagielka

Arsenal given hope after Everton boss David Moyes admits the club would be forced to sell their stars if a club comes in with a big enough offer.

Several of the Everton squad have been linked with big money moves this summer, most notably Phil Jagielka who has been strongly linked with a move to Arsenal.

Everton are in severe financial difficulties and chairman Bill Kenwright has stressed the need for new investment, and it seems manager David Moyes is realistic about their chances of hanging on to their stars if a club like Arsenal comes calling with a big offer:

“It’s already been said that money generated, depending on the value, would go to the bank,” he rapped.

But he added: “Look everybody’s got a price, Fabregas, Ronaldo, you name it they’ve all got prices so if anybody bids big enough I’m sure we would take it. I’m not daft. I wouldn’t do something just because I’m stubborn. I’d do what is right for the club.”
