Juan Mata finally made the much needed move to Chelsea and looks all set to play for Chelsea in our next game against Norwich this Saturday. He also trained with the rest of the team at Cobham.
Juan Mata has signed a five year contract with the reported transfer price of around £23.5m. Following his training session with the Chelsea team Mata shared his views on his acquisition by Chelsea. He also confirmed that there were more clubs interested in him most notably Arsenal and Tottenham, but it was Villa Boas’ vision which made him join Chelsea (as mentioned by him in his interview ahead).
