Well done van Bronkhorst! You are exceptional compared to these days’ footballers who brings money before anything and say it is their child hood dream every time when joining a new team for bigger money.
Arsen’s problem is his achievements over shadows English managers.

Best coach won nothing in 7 years, lost his best players – cesc and nasri, and cannot fix the defense at all, have mediocre players which no top clubs want…etc. Best?

It’s almost funny that so much media hype is generated by Arsenal and Arsene. It’s only a mid-size club in decline for 6 or 7 years and has won nothing. Any other big club would have sacked the manager lng ago. Modern football is big business and measured by success, not by distant memory like Arsenal. Aresene is so lucky to be at a club seemingly paralysed by an incompetent and indecisive board. They will pay the ultimate price for clinging on to nothing but fading memory of past glory. Arsene the best coach? These guys are plain morons.

so, who is the best (or better) coach? you have a budget of $900m and proceed to buy available top players (proven pedigree and all that – not that you scouted them or anything)and win the league or, you have a budget of $100m, scout for talent (often young), train them and finish 4th while having a good run in CL, FA, Carling. hhhmmmmm. can i think about it for 1 week? thanks. i will send a typed analysis with pie charts in a week.
