Arsenal have been linked with several players recently as the January transfer window approaches. Today we look at  Josip Ilicic, who’s been linked with numerous top European clubs ever since his surprise move to Palermo from Slovenian club Maribor last season, and has impressed in the Serie A.

The 23 year old Slovenian international is known for his skill play, creativity, dynamism, intelligence and has a strong physical presence which makes him a difficult player to mark. A downside to his game is that he’s inconsistent and can drift away during a match, but he is nonetheless an impressive talent to keep an eye on.

He’s reportedly valued at the inflated fee of £30 million pounds. Here are a few videos of him in action:
