Predicted Man Utd Starting XI To Face West Bromwich Albion

By on September 26, 2013

Manchester United get back to Premier League action this weekend as they welcome West Brom to Old Trafford.

The champions edged out Liverpool in the Capital One Cup in midweek but David Moyes played a weakened side for the game and is expected to recall a number of first team regulars this weekend.

The likes of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Michael Carrick and Antonio Valencia were omitted from the starting eleven against Liverpool so can expect to come straight back in against the Baggies.

Rafael made a successful return from injury on Wednesday and should once again start at right back as long as he shows no ill-effects from the game, while Wayne Rooney is also likely to keep his place despite Javier Hernandez’s match-winning performance.

Marouane Fellaini was cup-tied so he is likely to be recalled while Shinji Kagawa may keep his place after a lively outing. Striker Robin van Persie has missed the last two games with a minor groin problem but is expected to be passed fit for Saturday’s clash. Therefore, here is my predicted team:

Get rid of Young, Nani and Anderson. They have had ample opportunity and just don’t fit the team. Play Valencia and Zaha and tell them to attack!

Nani in for Valencia he was terrific against Liverpool. Valencia only has one leg for christ’s sake and his 1950s style of play of running with the ball till you see the corner line and then aimlessly crossing it doesn’t cut it in today’s game. Above all Moyes, please SELL Young Godammit! he’s useless!!

the idea of droping Nani is never an option. Play Kagawa, Nani for fitness seck. Where is Zaha?

That line up is good but kagawa is a central midfielder of behind striker don’t use him on left. You are wasting his talent.

The line up mention is good but i will partner vidic and evans in defence and kagawa in central not in left. He is not a winger player van persie in injured so i put chicharito with rooney in attack. Sub that coming is young talent zaha, januzaj, fellaini

Who gave who opportunity? Moyes? Nani ? Anderson? See lets be honest “nani deserve to be given an opportunity but he’s not given.. And to accomodate rooney nd kagawa, kagawa has to sacrificed to the left, nd 4 God ΐ cant see ferdinand in my bck 4..he’s not got it anymore!!.. We have evans.
Zaha can cut in pL.. But moyes has no faith in him!… He is using januzaj cox of new contract extension ,should he sign it? Oh! He wld nt be used again.

Time for Moyes to give the youngsters a vote of confidence. Play Jones instead of Ferdinand. Januzaj should start instead of Valencia. He evokes memories of a young Giggs and definitely deserves the chance after two or three impressive cameo appearances.
