Arsenal take on Marseille at the Emirates on Tuesday night looking to secure qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The Gunners currently top Group F on goal difference from Napoli, and with Borussia Dortmund three points adrift the north Londoners can ensure safe passage to the last 16 if they beat Marseille and Dortmund fail to win at home to Napoli in the groups penultimate fixtures.

Ahead of the game, boss Arsene Wenger has been speaking to the media at his pre-match press conference and gave Arsenal.com the latest team news including the latest on Mathieu Flamini and Lukas Podolski.

The good news is that we have suffered no fresh injury concerns following Saturday’s 2-0 win over Southampton while Flamini is available again after serving a one-match ban at the weekend. The Frenchman comes straight back into the squad but it remains to be seen how Wenger will decide to line-up for the match.

Podolski has returned to first team training recently after recovering from a hamstring tear that’s kept him on the sidelines for three months. The German is still working his way back to full fitness and the boss feels it will be a few weeks yet before he’s in contention to return to the first team fold.

Here’s what Wenger told the clubs official website:

on the team news for Marseille..

Everybody from Saturday is available and of course Flamini is available as well because he’s back from suspension.

on Podolski training…

It’s not the first time he’s trained but he is still a few weeks away.

It’s great [to see him back] because he is a quality player. He can score goals, he can play in different positions, like centre forward and on the flanks.

That is vital for us, to get everybody back.

Now we’ve seen the team news, what would be your preferred line-up for the game? Share your suggestions below.
