Chelsea moved to the top of the Premier League table after a hard fought 2-0 win over Hull City at the KC Stadium on Saturday afternoon. 

After a goalless first half, Eden Hazard opened the scoring with a stunning individual effort form the edge of the box before Fernando Torres sealed the three points with a late second.

The win sees Chelsea leapfrop Manchester City and Arsenal into top spot ahead of their trips to play Newcastle and Aston Villa respectively.
