Manchester City play host to Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday night in the 5th round of the FA Cup. Here are our predicted line-ups for the game.

Manuel Pellegrini’s men have the advantage of going into the game fully rested after their league clash with Sunderland on Wednesday night was called off due to adverse weather conditions.  It means that City are likely to name virtually a full strength team ahead of their Champions League showdown with Barcelona.

Alexander Kolarov could get the nod ahead of Gael Clichy at left-back while Pablo Zabaleta, Vincent Kompany and Michel Demichelis are likely to make up the rest of the back four.

James Milner is expected to start alongside Yaya Toure in midfield with Fernandhino still out injured, while Edin Dzeko and Alvaro Negredo will lead the attack with Sergio Aguero also on the sidelines.

As for Chelsea they could be without Gary Cahill after the defender picked up a calf problem during Tuesday nights 1-1 draw at West Brom. John Terry is in-line to return alongside David Luiz in the center of defence.

Frank Lampard could feature having not played in midweek and Jose Mourinho is likely to adopt similar tactics to the league game between these two sides earlier this month that saw him play with Ramires along with two deep laying midfielders to offer more protection to the back four. Fernando Torres is expected to start in attack.
