Arsenal take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon. Here is Gooner Mac’s predicted starting eleven for the game:

Goalkeeper: David Ospina is back in training but isn’t likely to make the squad, so Wojciech Szczesny is guaranteed to start in goal.

Defence: Kieran Gibbs remains out with a hamstring problem so Nacho Monreal continues at left-back. Calum Chambers was unfortunate to be left-out against Besiktas in midweek and Arsene Wenger might consider bringing him back in if Laurent Koscielny has suffered any reaction to his troublesome Achilles, otherwise I think we’ll see an unchanged back four.

Midfield: Wenger seems to be deploying more of a 4-1-4-1 formation this season as opposed to a 4-2-3-1, and this is possibly a way for him to get Ramsey and Wilshere in the same side while keeping some defensive shape. Mikel Arteta is still out so Mathieu Flamini will likely start in front of the defence while Ramsey returns from suspension which could see Mesut Ozil kept on the left wing if the boss wants to keep Wilshere in the side.

Both Jack and Santi Cazorla played well in midweek but I think it will be the Spaniard who drops out as he gave absolutely everything against Besiktas and might need a rest. The Ox needs to retain his place and we need his pace down the flank, and him and Debuchy linked up well at times last time out.

Attack: With Olivier Giroud out injured, it looks like Wenger is going to deploy Alexis Sanchez through the middle. I think this was always the long-term plan but we’ve been forced to throw him in at the deep end now that Giroud is out.

Here’s how the team could line-up this weekend:

What do you think of my team? What side would you put out?
