[Teams] West Ham vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

Chelsea will look to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table when they take on West Ham tonight.

Jose Mourinho makes two changes from the side that won the Capital One Cup on Sunday afternoon with Thibaut Courtois coming in for Petr Cech in goal.

Oscar is also recalled to the starting eleven alongside Eden Hazard in attack with Willian dropping to the bench.

Kurt Zouma appears to be once again starting in a defensive midfield role in the absence of the suspended Nemanja Matic.
