[Tweets & Photos] Terry, Oscar & Ramires Celebrate Online After Win At West Ham

By on March 5, 2015

Chelsea ground out a hard fought 1-0 win over London rivals West Ham on Wednesday night thanks to an excellent first half header from Eden Hazard.

The newly crowned Capital One Cup winners opened the scoring midway through the first half as Hazard was on hand to head home from a fine Ramires cross in the 22nd minute.

That goal turned out to be the winner and the victory ensures Chelsea maintain their five-point lead over second-placed Manchester City with a game in hand.

Jose Mourinho’s men are therefore in pole position to reclaim the Premier League title this season so it’s understandable that some of the players have taken to social media to celebrate another important win.

Cesar Azpilicueta, Ramires and Oscar have all taken to Twitter to hail the win while skipper John Terry uploaded a photo to Instagram with a message praising Ramires for his assist and goal-scorer Hazard for his ‘great’ performance.
