[Video Goals] QPR 1-2 Tottenham: Kane Hits Double As Spurs Go Sixth

Harry Kane bagged both goals as Tottenham Hotspur moved up to sixth place in the Premier League table thanks to a 2-1 victory over Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road this afternoon.

Spurs opened the scoring in the 34th minute when Kane beat Rob Green to Andros Townsend’s free-kick to head home for 1-0.

The North Londoners doubled their advantage midway through the second half when Kane beat the offside trap to race clear, round Green and slot into the empty net for 2-0 in the 68th minute.

QPR pulled one back in the 74th minute when Sandro fired home from the edge of the area against his former club to make it 1-2 and although the hosts pushed for a late equaliser, Tottenham held on to secure a vital three points.
