Chelsea will look to tighten their grip at the top of the Premier League table when they face Hull City this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho has brought in Filipe Luis to replace Cesar Azpilicueta at left-back while Ramires replaces Oscar in midfield.

Thibaut Courtois keeps his place ahead of Petr Cech in goal and Nemanja Matic once again starts alongside Cesc Fabregas in midfield.
