By on May 3, 2015

Chelsea will look to finally secure the Premier League title when they face Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho has made just one change form the side that drew at Arsenal last week with Thibaut Courtois coming in for Petr Cech in goal.

Didier Drogba therefore keeps his place up front with Loic Remy returning to the bench. Willian starts in attack along with Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas.

* A late change sees Juan Cuadrado replace Ramires after he picked up a knock in the warm up.
