[Teams] Chelsea vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-Ups

Premier League champions Chelsea will be looking to end the season in style when they entertain Liverpool at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Jose Mourinho has handed a debut to youngster Lofus-Cheek with Nemanja Matic given a rest and John Obi Mikel also starting in midfield.

Loic Remy returns up front with Didier Drogba on the bench while Filipe Luis starts at left-back and Kurt Zouma comes in for Gary Cahill.

Brendan Rodgers continues to be without striker Daniel Sturridge so Rickie Lmabert starts up front while Steven Gerrard continues in midfield alongside Jordan Henderson.
