[Teams] West Brom vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

Premier League champions Chelsea will look to see-out the rest of the season in style when they face West Brom at the Hawthorns tonight.

Jose Mourinho has handed another start to youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek as he starts in midfield alongside Nemanja Matic.

Filipe Luis also keeps his place at left-back with Cesar Azpilicueta on the bench while Diego Costa starts up front after recovering from a niggling hamstring injury.

Loic Remy retains his place in attack alongside Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas.
