The stage is set for Premier League champions Chelsea to finally lift their trophy when they entertain Sunderland at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

Jose Mourinho has decided to start Petr Cech in goal for what could be his final game for the club ahead of a summer move.

Didier Drogba also starts in his final game for the Blues while Eden Hazard surprisingly makes the starting eleven despite undergoing emergency surgery to remove three teeth on Thursday.

Juan Cuadrado comes into the attack while John Obi Mikel starts alongside Nemanja Matic in midfield.
