Chelsea were officially handed their title today and we’ve got some of the best photos and videos as the players celebrated on the pitch and in changing room.
Chelsea finally got their hands on the Premier League trophy this afternoon and the players, manager and staff have been celebrating in style.
The Blues have led the way for the entire season and secured their fifth Premier League title earlier this month with a win over Crystal Palace.
However, they’ve been forced to wait to get their hands on the trophy but the moment finally arrived today following a 3-1 win over Sunderland at Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho’s men came from a goal down to beat the Black Cats thanks to a penalty from Diego Costa and a second half double from Loic Remy.
