The Chelsea squad have been posing for photos on board their flight to Canada and it seems the players have been giving the clubs latest signing a warm welcome.

The Blues kick off their pre-season preparations by taking part in the International Champions Cup in North America next week where they’ll take on New York Red Bulls next Thursday before facing Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona.

The squad has flown out to their base in Canada this afternoon to begin their pre-season tour and some of the players have been uploading photos to their social media accounts.

Cesar Azpilicueta shared a snap on his Twitter account of him sitting next to the clubs latest signing Asmir Begovic while Cesc Fabregas, John Terry and Oscar all shared the same photo of the whole squad posing for a photo on the place along with manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese boss will be hoping for a solid pre-season with no injuries worries as the club gears up to defend their Premier League title.
