[Teams] Stoke vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-Ups

Liverpool start the new Premier League season where they left off last year as they take on Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium this afternoon.

Brendan Rodgers has handed debuts to several of his summer signings with Joe Gomez starting at left-back and Nathaniel Clyne on the opposite flank, with Martin Skrtel and Dejan Lovren making up the back four.

James Milner also makes his competitive debut playing alongside Jordan Henderson in midfield while Christian Benteke leads the line up front with Jordon Ibe, Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana in support.
