[Teams] Man City vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on August 16, 2015

Manchester City entertain Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon in what will be the first titanic clash of the new Premier League season.

Jose Mourinho is forced into making two changes from the side that drew with Swansea as Asmir Begovic makes his full debut after Thibaut Courtois was sent off last week.

Oscar is ruled out with a knock so Ramires comes in to the midfield while Diego Costa continues to lead the line up front.

Man City make just one change from the side that thrashed WBA on Monday with Sergio Aguero replacing Wilfried Bony in attack.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Manchester City

Hart, Sagna, Kompany, Mangala, Kolarov, Yaya Toure, Fernandinho, Navas, Silva, Sterling, Aguero

Subs: Caballero, Zabaleta, Clichy, Nasri, Demichelis, Bony, Iheanacho

Begovic; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Diego Costa.

Subs: Blackman, Zouma, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Cuadrado, Falcao, Remy.
