Aaron Ramsey has shared a photo of him posing on the team coach with him Man of the Match award following Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Newcastle United on Saturday afternoon.

Having spent much of this season on the wing, the Welshman was restored to a more central position after Mesut Ozil was ruled out with a minor knock and he didn’t disappoint having picked up the MOTM award.

Ramsey wasn’t among the goals but he was involved in the eventual winner as his effort was parried by Tim Krul before Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s resulting shot was deflected into the net by Fabricio Coloccini.

The midfielder has now uploaded a photo to his Twitter account of him posing with his award on the team bus as the squad made their way back to North London from St James’ Park.

Ozil also took to Twitter to congratulate his team mates on a job well done while Hector Bellerin and Petr Cech has their say on the social networking site too.
