Tottenham Hotspur kicked off their Europa League campaign with a 3-1 comeback victory over Qarabag at White Hart Lane on Thursday night.
The visitors took a shock early lead when Oliviera Richard made no mistake from the penalty spot, drilling the ball low to Hugo Lloris’ left in the 7th minute.
Spurs levelled things up in the 27th minute when Heung-Min Son was on hand to poke home from close range following a corner to make it 1-1.
The hosts then took the lead just two minutes later when Son cooly slotted home his second of the game following a fine team move involving youngster Deli Alli.
Tottenham then wrapped up the three points when Harry Kane sent Erik Lamela free before the Argentine dinked over the keeper for 3-1.
