[Video Highlights] Manchester United 0-0 West Ham: Poor Utd Held By Hammers

By on December 5, 2015

Manchester United produced another lackluster performance at Old Trafford after being held to a 0-0 draw by West Ham this afternoon.

United started poorly and could have fallen behind in the 11th minute but David De Gea made an excellent stop to deny Victor Moses when he was clean through.

Just over 10 minutes later, the Hammers went even closer to opening the scoring when Winston Reid crashed a header off the post much to the relief of the home crowd.

United were struggling to create anything of note and it was the visitors again who went close to breaking the deadlock when Zarate sliced wide when well placed in the box early in the second half.

United were being restricted to long shots from outside the box and they failed to break West Ham down so the game ended all square.

The result leaves United sitting fourth in the Premier League table and they’re now four points behind leaders Leicester City following their win at Swansea.
