[Tweets] Arsenal Players Celebrate On Twitter After Thrashing Watford

Some of the Arsenal players have been celebrating on Twitter this evening after we kept ourselves in the Premier League title race with a 4-0 thrashing of Watford at the Emirates this afternoon.

We got off to a flying start with Alexis Sanchez opening the scoring inside the fifth minute before the Chilean turned provider to set-up Alex Iwobi for the second shortly before half-time.

The three points were secured early in the second half when Hector Bellerin’s deflected left-foot volley looped past Gomes before Theo Walcott came off the bench to add a fourth in stoppage time.

The win sees us close the gap on Tottenham to four points after they were held to a 1-1 draw at Liverpool this evening while leaders Leicester City are now a further four points ahead at the top of the table.

After the game, Mesut Ozil, David Ospina, Hector Bellerin and Joel Campbell have all taken to Twitter to celebrate the victory with the boys posting messages and photos on the social media site.
