[Photo] Sakho & Moreno Celebrate In Changing Room After Liverpool Draw At Dortmund

Mamadou Sakho and Alberto Moreno have posted a photo on Twitter of them celebrating in the changing room after Liverpool’s draw at Borussia Dortmund.

Liverpool took control of their Europa League quarter final after drawing 1-1 with Borussia Dortmund in the first leg at the Westfalenstadion last night.

The Reds went in to the game as the heavy underdogs against the German giants but shocked the home crowd after taking the lead shortly before half-time when Divock Origi justified his selection ahead of Daniel Sturridge with a fine finish.

Dortmund levelled things up via a Mats Hummels header shortly after the break and despite some intense pressure from the Bundesliga outfit, Liverpool held on to take away a hugely impressive draw ahead of the second leg at Anfield next week.

Some of the players have taken to social media to react to the draw with Mamadou Sakho posting a photo on Twitter of him celebrating in the changing room with team mate Alberto Moreno after the game last night.

Goal-scorer Origi also posted a photo and message on his Twitter account hailing a ‘special night’ while Simon Mignolet took to Instagram to praise the atmosphere as well as the performance of the Liverpool team.

Check out the players have been up to on social media below:

Great stadium and atmosphere tonight. We played well and got our away goal. Stoke on Sunday now. #YNWA

Liverpool did well at Dortmand. But be aware at Anfield. It’s still anyone’s game. We still need to be vigilant and reach the line. Good wishes to LFC.YNWA.
