Deposed Premier League champions Chelsea welcome Champions League semi-finalists Man City to Stamford Bridge this evening. Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Deposed Premier League champions Chelsea welcome Champions League semi-finalists Manchester City to Stamford Bridge this evening.

Interim Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink has recalled Thibaut Courtois in goal while Gary Cahill returns from injury to start at the back. Willian also comes back in to the attack while Diego Costa starts up front after serving his three-match ban.

City make some changes from the side that beat PSG in midweek with Pablo Zabaleta and Alexandre Kolarov coming in to the defence while Yaya Toure replaces Fernando in midfield.
