Chelsea will look to end a disappointing season on a high note when they take on Premier League champions Leicester City at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Guus Hiddink has been handed a boost with Branislav Ivanovic passed fit to return at the back while Thibaut Courtois also returns in goal after missing the midweek draw at Liverpool through illness.

Bertrand Traore continues up front in the absence of the injured Diego Costa while Nemanja Matic partners Cesc Fabregas in midfield with John Obi Mikel missing out.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Courtois; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Ivanovic, Baba Rahman; Fabregas, Matic; Pedro, Willian, Hazard; Traore

Subs:  Begovic, Tomori, Loftus-Cheek, Kenedy, Oscar, Pato, Abraham.

Schmeichel, Simpson, Wasilewski, Morgan (c), Fuchs, Kanté, Drinkwater, King, Mahrez, Vardy, Gray.

Subs:  Schwarzer, Albrighton, Amartey, Schlupp, Okazaki, Ulloa, Chilwell.

Oh God we are doomed with Rahman in the back line. Leicester will tear the clown apart. Why Guus Hiddink persists with this useless guy is indefensible! Why not either keep Azpilicueta at left back and give young Chilobah the right back slot (who is a fantastic prospect) or just play young De Silva instead of Rahman. De Silva again is a tremendous prospect. I have lost all confidence and respect for Hiddink for not playing our youngsters in these last meaningless games. He even has Tomori on the bench who loves defending and is a real class act but chooses to play an out of form Ivanovich instead? Thank god this is the last game and we can only hope Conte has a far better idea and a lot more about him than the Dutchman. Thank you Roman for not considering Guus Hiddink for next season as we would once again achieve safe mid table mediocrity and NOT want Chelsea fans want or deserve to see! KTBFFH
