[Video Goals] Arsenal 3-4 Liverpool: Coutinho Scores Superb Double In Thriller

Liverpool left the Emirates with all three points after winning a seven goal thriller against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.

Arsenal started the brighter of the two sides and could have opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Alberto Morena fouled Theo Walcott in the area, but the England attacker saw his spot kick saved.

Walcott made amends by firing home to put Arsenal ahead just a minute later before Philippe Coutinho curled home a stunning free-kick to make it 1-1 on the stroke of half time.

Liverpool took control after the break and went ahead when Adam Lallana swept home before Coutinho finished a superb team move to make it 3-1 in the 56th minute.

Sadio Mane smashed home to put the Merseysiders 4-1 ahead before Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain pulled one back with a deflected effort in the 64th minute minute.

Arsenal set up an exciting finish as Calum Chambers glanced home a header for 3-4 with 15 minutes remaining but the north Londoners couldn’t find a fourth goal as Liverpool held to to secure a thrilling 4-3 win.
