The Chelsea players have been celebrating after they thrashed Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United 4-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

It was a memorable afternoon in the capital as Pedro opened the scoring inside the opening two minutes before Gary Cahill lashed home to make it 2-0 midway through the first forty-five minutes.

Eden Hazard then extended the Blues advantage with a fine goal before N’Golo Kante jinked his way through a leaky United defence to seal a 4-0 win and ensure it was a nightmare return to west London for Mourinho.

The win sees Chelsea move up to fourth place in the Premier League table and to within just one point of leaders Manchester City so it easy to understand why the players have been celebrating in the changing room after the game.

Playmaker Oscar was an unused substitute this afternoon but he has uploaded a photo of the squad posing for a celebratory selfie in the dressing room to his Twitter account.

United legend Rio Ferdinand recently criticised Arsenal players for celebrating in a similar fashion following their 6-0 Champions League win over Ludogorets last week so I wonder if he’ll have anything to say about this.
