Chelsea get back to Premier League action after the international break when they take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium this lunchtime.

Antonio Conte has stuck with the same side that thrashed Everton before the international break with Diego Costa passed fit to start after recovering from a knock which saw him withdraw from the Spain squad.

Eden Hazard is also available for selection despite picking up an ankle injury while away with the Belgian squad last week while Pedro keeps his place in attack ahead of Willian – who doesn’t make the match-day squad.

John Terry remains on the bench with Cesar Azpilicueta starting at the back alongside David Luiz and Gary Cahill while Cesc Fabregas returns to the substitutes bench after recovering from a thigh injury.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Valdes, Barragan, Chambers, Gibson, Da Silva, Traore, Forshaw, Clayton, De Roon, Ramirez, Negredo.

Subs: Guzan, Espinosa, Fischer, Nsue, Leadbitter, Downing, Rhodes.

Courtois; Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard.

Subs: Begovic, Ivanovic, Terry, Chalobah, Fabregas, Oscar, Batshuayi.
