Chelsea will be looking to regain their position at the top of the Premier League table when they take on West Brom at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Antonio Conte has made one change from the side that beat Manchester City last week with Nemanja Matic coming back in to the midfield alongside N’Golo Kante. Cesc Fabregas drops back to the bench.

Pedro keeps his place in attack alongside Eden Hazard with Willian having to make do with a place among the substitutes while Diego Costa once again leads the line up front.

David Luiz will be looking to continue his excellent form at the back as he marshalls the back three alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Courtois; Azpilicueta, David Luiz, Cahill; Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso; Pedro, Diego Costa, Hazard

Subs: Begovic, Aina, Ivanovic, Chalobah, Fabregas, Willian, Batshuayi.

West Brom
