[Tweets & Photos] Man Utd & Liverpool Players React Online After Old Trafford Draw

Some of the Manchester United and Liverpool players have been reacting on Twitter after the two clubs played-out a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford this afternoon.

The Merseysiders took a first half lead when Paul Pogba gave away a penalty after handling in the area and James Milner made no mistake from the spot to make it 0-1 in the 27th minute.

However, United grabbed the equaliser late on when Zlatan Ibrahimovic headed home from an Antonio Valencia cross in the 84th minute to salvage a point for Jose Mourinho’s side.

The result has left United sitting sixth in the Premier League table – four points adrift of fourth-placed Arsenal – while Liverpool climb to third and are now seven points off leaders Chelsea.

Some of the players have now been reacting on social media with United’s David De Gea and Matteo Darmian praising the atmosphere at Old Trafford following a tough match while Liverpool stars Simon Mignolet, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jordan Henderson and Divock Origi have also been voicing their frustration at missing out on all three points.
